LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

Reporting to the General Manager, within the company, responsibilities shall include:

• Implement the overall logistics strategy, transportation, and distribution network both locally and overseas.
• Coordinate and oversee day to day operations.
• Optimise operational processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, clients, and third-party logistics providers to secure cost-effective services.
• Issue and Review of Invoices.
• Taking care of Shipping Operations and Shipping Documents.
  
  Minimum Requirements:
  
• Possession of a secondary O-level qualification/certification. The successful candidate is expected to be self-motivated, a good team player with good communication skills, and good command of MS Office365 Suite.
• At least 4 years working experience in a similar role is required.
• Candidate is expected to have a good understanding of spoken and written Maltese & English Language. Basic understanding of the Italian Language will also be considered an asset.
• Candidate must either be a Maltese and/or EU National and/or have a current Maltese Residency.
