Pure Organic Foods Trading Ltd iin Malta s looking to recruit a Warehouse Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.
*Candidates applying must be from Malta / currently residing in Malta and they should have a valid work permit.
Data Management/Documents/ERP:
- Entering details of purchasing order
- Preparing and cross-checking commercial invoices and stock transfer invoices
- Managing stock for warehouses and preparing a stock summary for all warehouses
- Maintaining warehouse price comparison sheet and transport cost sheet and comparison sheet.
- Follow up with the warehouse for the arrival of shipment.
- Scheduling deliveries for orders received from the buyer
- Arranging picks up of damaged/rejected bags from buyer's warehouse.
- Coordination with transport companies for trucking requirements
- Purchase order
- Finalizing Transport and sharing loading/delivery details.
- Keeping a record of all documents month-wise in the system.
