We are looking to strengthen our Logistics and Supply Chain functions with the addition of a Logistics and Supply Chain Assistant.
The Job:
The chosen candidate will form part of the Prohealth Logistics and Supply Chain Team, which is responsible for order activities of all the Prohealth brands. The ideal candidate should be eager to grow in this role and be proactive in his/her approach.
The vacancy is full-time and for immediate employment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation of Purchase Orders, Supplier follow-ups, and monitoring orders until these are received within Prohealth
Creating and maintaining reports throughout the Import and Export process
Ensuring the Import and Export processes, including essential documentation, are done smoothly
Assist in the regular stock-taking process, making sure that internal ERP systems are up to date.
The Candidate must have:
2 years+ of Logistics and/or Supply Chain experience (or similar)
Good understanding of import/export processes
Positive and can-do attitude
Analytical mindset and critical thinking
In depth knowledge of MS OFFICE especially EXCEL
An excellent command of the English language
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Ability to take on constructive feedback
Be eager to grow and take a proactive approach in this role.
