Furniture Production Leader

Our client is looking for an experienced and organized Production Leader to manage their furniture production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of furniture, ensuring that all pieces are completed to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in furniture production and a good understanding of production processes. They must have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and lead a team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production of furniture, ensuring that all pieces are completed to the highest standards
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands
- Monitor production processes and ensure that all safety and quality standards are met
- Manage and motivate the production team, providing guidance and support
- Troubleshoot production issues and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records and reports on production progress
- Ensure that all production equipment is in good working order
- Manage inventory and ensure that materials are available for production
- To assist installers on site as per requirements

Skills & Requirements
- Must be able to motivate and lead the team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to communicate in English, Maltese is preferred

Education & Experience
- Good understanding of production processes
- Similar work experience in a Manufacturing Company preferably in the Furniture industry

Working Hours
Monday to Friday from 06.00hrs till 15.30hrs

Remunaration package will be determined by the candidate's skills and experience
