eCabs Operators Co. Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Fleet Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job description:
Working with the Director of Operations s/he will be managing a team of fleet coordinators and mechanics. The role involves taking responsibility for handling all facets of fleet activities within eCabs. This includes vehicle maintenance, inventory management, negotiating with suppliers, and more.
Responsibilities:
Maintain electronic databases of registrations, inspections, and maintenance of fleet management;
Ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting, and surveying trends;
Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with local rules and regulations;
Maintain and monitor data management system to organize fleets and inventory;
Ensure strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules;
Analyze data related to fleet management and devise opportunities for refinement and efficiencies;
Responsible for the company’s fleet to ensure seamless presentation and positive brand experience.
Job Requirements:
Experience in a transport/logistics role;
Outstanding organizational skills;
Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills;
Exceptional interpersonal skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication;
IT skills, experience in utilizing fleet management software considered an asset;
Flexible, able to work under pressure, and ready to take on challenges.
