Distribution Administrator (Shift Basis)

This job of a Distribution Administrator is with an established client on the island within manufacturing and fast moving products. The main focus of the role is ensuring a smooth operation within the supply chain and main duties will include:
- Checking of invoices against delivery notes and review return forms
- Handling of any daily issues with the assistance of the Executive
- Following up on any software issues including CSB
- Coordinating with all departments to ensure excellent service
- Assisting the Distribution Executive in monitoring customer service and delivery personnel including spot checks
- Supporting in the implementation of policies, including inspection of trucks for cleanliness and temperatures
IMPORTANT: Shift Basis 04.00hrs till 12.30hrs or 12.00hrs till 18.30hrs
€17,500 to €23,500 / year
