Delivery Person/Store Helper

V.J. Salomone Pharma Ltd, is a specialist in logistics, distribution and marketing of pharmaceuticals for some of the leading pharmaceutical companies, is currently seeking to recruit a: 

Full- Time Store Helper / Delivery Person.

The selected candidate will report directly to the Stores Manager, and the main responsibilities shall include:

• Carrying out stock movements within the warehouse.

• Assist in timely preparation of items requested to be delivered.

• Assist in receiving and checking all goods received.

• Maintain all store areas to the highest corporate safety and hygiene standards.

• Ensure proper arrangement of all inventory stock items to facilitate product identification, picking and supply. 

• Assist during scheduled stock taking or whenever requested.

• Assist the Store Keeper in all necessary stock movement especially when required to make necessary space for arrival of goods. 

• Delivery of merchandise and unloading of same to Company’s clients in a timely and professional manner.

• Loading and unloading of merchandise.

Although not mandatory, preference shall be given to candidates having the following requisites:

• At least one year experience within a delivery/warehouse role.

• Preferably holding a recognised health and safety certificate. 

The following requisites must be met:

• Possesses a clean driving licence.

• Possesses a clean Police conduct Certificate. 

• Must speak, read and write in both Maltese and English.
