Data Management Administrator

Job Description
VF Group, Malta’s leader in the luxury fashion retail and uniformity business is seeking to recruit a Data Management Administrator for its Fashion Retail and Uniformity divisions.

Our Retail Division represents the major luxury fashion and luggage brands including Hugo Boss, Burberry, Dolce & Gabbana, Zegna, Fendi, Moncler, Saint Laurent, Stella McCartney, Valentino, Tom Ford, Jimmy Choo and Samsonite. Whilst our BTI Uniforms Division provides uniforms and workwear to the majority of its’ corporate clients and business establishments on the island.

The Position:
The Data Management Administrator shall be responsible to ensure the company’s stock levels meet business requirements, overseeing purchases and pricing reports, replenishing levels when necessary, and monitoring shipments or internal transfers between departments. He/She shall also be responsible to track and monitor orders,  organise-consignment dates and distribution with the logistics and warehouse teams,
management of stock and issuing of pricing and costings. The selected candidate will be required to work closely with all departments including retail, warehouse, finance, marketing and all respective suppliers to ensure timely
shipment of goods and ensure that the logistics department runs smoothly.

He/she will also be responsible for the categorisation of stock items, marketplace, updating of the Stock Management system, stock takes and reporting to management on any actions required to support efficiency and accuracy within the retail team.

The Requirements:
The selected candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a similar position ideally within the fashion retail sector, excellent co-ordination skills, and strong analytical skills, together with a relevant qualification related to business management or logistics.

Interested applicants must also have an eye for detail, strong analytical skills to produce, analyse and assess results to make recommendations for improvement to the relevant departments, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and Italian preferably, a good knowledge of MS Office applications, Stock Management systems and a valid driving license.
