Assistant Warehouse Manager

Our client is a leading construction company in Malta. They are looking to employ an Assistant Warehouse Manager to join their growing team.

The Role

• Supervise and co-ordinate the daily duties of team members engaged in receiving, picking, cleaning, transportation, replenishing, loading and stacking
• Ensure the delivery process is functioning effectively
• Control of inventory levels
• Support in basic accounting duties
• Assist in managing customer complaints / requests
• Coordinate and supervise the cleaning and upkeep of the warehouse, equipment and vehicles
• Ensure Health and Safety policies & procedures are adhered by anyone accessing the area

Education & Experience

• 'O’ Level standard of Education or better
• 2 years experience within a warehouse / logistics environment is needed
• Proficient in Maltese and English
• Basic IT skills a must
