Assistant Fleet Controller

Avis Malta is looking to recruit an Assistant Fleet Controller to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Description:
We are seeking to engage an Assistant Fleet Controller to take charge and coordinate the car fleet for our international brand. The person chosen will be responsible to assist in the overall management of the fleet and will need to show leadership, communication, and the organisational skills necessary to develop and utilise to its full potential. The chosen candidate will need to report to the Head Fleet Controller.

The successful candidate will need:

• Strong administrative skills;
• Strong knowledge of the major Office IT applications;
• Understanding of operational requirements of vehicle rental/leasing business, experience in dealing with operational issues;
• Personal motivation to work within a team under pressure.
• The chosen candidate will receive extensive on-the-job training to gain product knowledge.
• Prior experience in a similar position will be viewed favorably.

*Remuneration will be commensurate with the chosen candidate’s ability and experience.
