Multigas Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit an Asset Control Clerk to join their team on a part-time basis.
Duties and Responsibilities for this role:
To monitor and trend the utilization of company assets such as but not limited to gas cylinders on a periodic basis and prompt timely actions as needed, to ensure safe stock levels are maintained.
Use company databases and tools to maintain data as required and to produce reports in a periodical manner.
To communicate with clients in case asset recovery actions are needed and assist in all related correspondences with third parties, required in the matter.
To conduct stock takes both within the company and at client sites.
Visit client sites as and when required.
Assist in Operations administrative duties as and when required
Attend the required training to carry out the tasks required by the job.
Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have:
An O-level standard of education together with 2 years of experience in an office environment or dealing with clients.
Good communication skills and belief in teamwork, as the role requires working closely with colleagues to fulfill the required tasks.
Strong customer service skills are necessary due to direct interaction with clients.
Computer literacy and fluency in Microsoft applications.
Fluent in both Maltese and English.
