A new Administration Executive role is available within retail. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in running both the inventory management and procurement functions whilst offering day to day support to the Sales Team
  • Managing the supplier base and ensuring stock orders are placed with suppliers in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintaining relationships with new and existing local and foreign suppliers and logistics companies
  • Expediting orders and keeping the business updated on any delays or issues affecting supply
  • Communicating with suppliers to ensure optimum inventory levels of of stocks are maintained
  • Liaising with the Shipping Agents regarding all collection & deliveries of Shipments
  • Inputting product costings and establishing product pricing
  • Filing all relevant logistics documentation & related administration
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Must be fluent in English and Maltese
  • Self-motivated with great organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and to concentrate on detail in a very busy environment
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Be a team player and a problem solver
Education & Experience
  • Experience within a similar role is an asset
  • Diploma Level of Education will be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of MS Office
