UX Project Leader

A local Maltese Marketing startup is looking for a UX Project Leader to join their team. They are looking for someone who is performance-driven and able to join a fast-growing team. You will be given the opportunity to manage the team of designers and developers and be the main point of contact throughout the projects.

You must be able to:

• Decipher product/ Platform Requirements 
• Management of different teams including backend/frontend developers, marketing executives, and content writers.
• Being able to be client-facing to be able to speak to both clients and internal teams. 
• Strict quality control measures across all projects. 
• Able to keep to deadlines across all projects. 
• Remaining up to date with industry trends.
