Software Development Team Lead

A reputable software house is looking to employ a Software Development Team Lead to lead a team of developers. 

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Mentor, lead and grow your software development team.
• Lead the architecture design.
• Act as a clear point of contact for internal teams and clients.
• Plan and manage weekly sprints and monthly releases.
• Work autonomously and help support other software developers.
• Review team deliverables ensuring highest quality standards are kept – focusing on things like reusability, reliability, scalability and testability of code.
• Ensure tasks are adequately defined, prioritized and assigned to team members.
• Identify business and technical risks and communicate them accordingly.
• Assist with development tasks from a backlog in tools like Azure DevOps and Jira.
