Software Development Team Lead

A growing company providing software development solutions are looking to grow their team. They are looking for Software Development Team Lead to manage their technical teams. Your main responsibilities would be: 

• Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
• Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
• Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
• Delegating tasks to team members.
• Conducting/Suggesting training of team members to maximize their potential.
• Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
• Conducting quarterly performance reviews.
• Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
• Escalation person for team members on any matter.
• Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
• Willing to work between Malta and Gozo offices when need be since the team is split in both offices.
