Senior Technical Architect

Our client, leading in Microsoft software implementations and providing IT solutions and managed services to clients, is on the lookout for an experienced  Senior Technical Architect, who will be responsible for implementing Microsoft’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 software.

Your Responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end delivery working with other Architects and Consultants to ensure the client projects are delivered with time and quality as a key objective;

• Demonstrating to clients how their cloud strategy aligns with Microsoft technology;

• Creating architectural designs based on customer requirements;

• Delivering product presentations and configured demonstrations to prove the ability to meet a prospect’s cloud adoption needs;

• Acting as the Technical Design Authority on projects alongside the Solution Architects;

• Showcase the propositions to customers via online webinars and face-to-face workshops;

• Mentoring junior members of the team and encouraging a collaborative working environment;

• Working on proposals and RFI’s alongside the sales and pre-sales teams;

• Maintaining technical knowledge by working closely with the Microsoft account teams.

Salary depends on one's exposure and experience.

• Great interpersonal skills, as this person will be presenting client solutions in workshops and demonstrations;
• Strong experience in M365 migrations and deployments, including tenant merges and M365 security and configuration;
• Feel comfortable working with core M365 applications and services e.g. OneDrive, Teams, Exchange, Viva, SharePoint and M365 governance and data protection services including Information Protection and DLP;
• Strong experience in Azure AD including on premises Active Directory;
• Proven experience with Intune and EndPoint security and management.
• 8+ years’ experience in cloud or infrastructure delivery.
