Senior Full Stack Developer (Java)

Our client is offering a Senior Full Stack Developer job opportunity in Malta. Here you will be working in a team of highly technical individuals on challenging technologies and exposed to the latest design frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Developing clean and well-engineered code which is optimized for speed and scalability
• Participating in the development of integration test plans
• Understanding the business processes and requirements
• Participating, mentoring and leading a team at times in an Agile environment
• Performing weekly sprints
• Working in conjunction with other team members to resolve any issues
• Testing the application accordingly and maintaining documentation
• Keeping up to date on new technologies and using them to improve the core product

Education & Experience:

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 4 years of previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Java, and Java enterprise technologies like Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Security, JMS, Hibernate, ORM, Tomcat, as well as being proficient with Linux
• Experience with REST services and messaging services like Rabbit MQ
• Knowledge of front end technologies like HTML, Javascript, CSS, Angular and Redux patterns
• Experience with build automation tools, source control tools, and bug tracking
• Good knowledge of databases and NoSQL systems
• Knowledge of CRM data and database systems
