Role Overview
Heroix is working closely with a leading provider in the ICT sector to identify a driven ERP Developer with .NET expertise. This position will see you design and deliver robust ERP and business application solutions that meet the evolving needs of various industries. You will collaborate with a team of technology experts, contributing to impactful projects using modern development tools and frameworks. Prior experience with Acumatica or similar ERP platforms will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• ERP Development: Design and develop scalable business applications, focusing on ERP systems tailored to clients’ operational needs.
• .NET Programming: Build and maintain ERP and business solutions using C#, delivering secure, clean, and maintainable code.
• Database Management: Leverage strong knowledge of relational databases, with an emphasis on Microsoft SQL Server, to develop reliable data-driven solutions.
• Collaboration & Innovation: Work with internal teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional technical specifications and software outputs.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest technologies and contribute to innovation within ongoing and upcoming projects.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

• Education: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related computing field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in .NET development, particularly in building ERP or business applications. Prior involvement with Acumatica or similar ERP platforms is beneficial.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role. 
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Interpersonal Skills: A team-oriented approach with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate across departments.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in C#, Microsoft SQL Server, ASP.NET Core, and Web API. Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (especially React) and Microsoft Azure is considered a plus.
• Organisation: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against tight deadlines.
• Self-Motivated: Takes initiative, demonstrates ownership of tasks, and maintains focus to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
