Microsoft Dynamics Software Developer

A leader in the FMCG industry is seeking to employ a Microsoft Dynamics Software Developer who will be reporting to the IT Manager. The selected candidate will be called in to plan, initiate and manage IT projects in line with the organization’s established project management procedures. 

Responsibilities: 

• Understand the company’s requirements in order to provide solutions;
• Design and develop software according to the needs;
• Test, deploy, and maintain applications to ensure that requirements are met;
• Ensure that project strategy is agreed upon, shared with, and adhered with all stakeholders (internal & external); 
• Perform code reviews, mentor, and share knowledge with colleagues;
• Assess current or future company needs and priorities;
• Assisting in the installation & developing, modifying, and maintaining of all company software such as Microsoft AX Dynamics, company's SOP’s, B.I. and SharePoint;

• Three year’s experience working within a project management team
• Experience in navigating Microsoft AX Dynamics
• Experience in Android Development, C#, and VB.NET 
• An ability to analyze systems at processes both at a high level and at end-user level
• Ability to prioritize and address challenges in a logical and sequential manner
• Strong communication skills
