Aqubix Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Junior Software Tester to join their team on a full-time basis. The applicant will have an important role in an established software development team.
The successful candidate should ideally have the following skills, experience, and attributes:
- Software Testing experience;
- Knowledge of web-based testing;
- Knowledge of testing methodologies, techniques, and tools;
- Good communication skills;
- Motivated and able to manage own time;
- Good level of written and spoken English;
- Experience in automated testing will be an asset;
- Attention to detail;
- Problem analysis and problem-solving.
Responsibilities will include:
- Writing test cases;
- Testing software;
- Performing regression testing;
- Testing the user interface with various browsers/devices;
- Logging of issues and bugs;
- Automated testing.
