Junior Back End Developer

Our well-known and highly reputable client within the software solutions industry is recruiting a Junior Back End Developer to join their team.

Reporting to the Senior Developer whilst working within a team, your responsibilities include:

• Writing clean code to develop functional applications based on requirements
• Ensuring that the code quality is up to the company's standard
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use
• Developing unit tests
• Following emerging technologies
• Escalating any technical and requirement issues with Senior Developer
• Collaborating within an agile environment
• Adhering to set KPIs to ensure targets are met in a timely manner
• Sharing knowledge with the rest of the team

• Knowledge and understanding of the entire development process (design, development and deployment)
• Experience with programming languages like C#, SQL and NoSQL
• Holding previous work experience in a similar role will be considered as a nice-to-have
• Familiarity with front-end languages (e.g. HTML5, JavaScript, Vue.js and CSS)
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal

• Degree in Software Development or similar OR at least 1 year of experience as a Software Developer
