Full Stack Developer

Future Institution Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a full-time Full Stack Developer who is comfortable with both front and back end to join our team. We are looking for a positive and motivated team member with a ‘can do’ attitude. For this role, you would be engaging in a number of challenges in our various projects relating to affiliation and online retail.

Responsibilities:

• Develop front end website architecture;
• Design user interactions on webpages;
• Develop back-end website applications;
• Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile users;
• Create servers and databases for functionality;
• Design and develop APIs;
• Liaise with colleagues and company directors for web design features;
• Debug & resolve software defects ensuring that all the systems perform and run efficiently.

Requirements:

• Experience in HTML, Javascript, and CSS;
• Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, and .Net.;
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, SQLServer, Oracle, and MongoDB;
• Excellent verbal communication skills;
• Attention to detail;
• 3 to 5 years of experience writing, reviewing, and documenting code;
• Problem-solving, interpersonal, and time management skills to handle high-pressure, complex situations effectively.

Salary:

• €35,000 - €45,000 yearly according to experience.
