CRM Development Specialist

Melita Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a CRM Development Specialist to join their team on a full-time basis.

We are looking for a CRM Development Specialist to assist in the development of new products and services within our IT Billing Development team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Build new and maintain existing business processes in our CRM platforms;
• Performs logic/script changes to keep solutions running at optimum performance;
• Build new logic to integrate new technologies into our provisioning and charging hubs, ensuring the process is smooth from customer acquisition all the way to order fulfillment and charging;
• Maintain updated system documentation in relation to the applied changes within our CRM and charging platforms;
• Liaise across teams on new functionalities, upgrades, and future roadmaps;

• Possess a degree in ICT, Engineering, or a related field and/or relevant work experience;
• Good Knowledge of SOAP/XML and API integrations;
• Good Knowledge of SQL – preferably Oracle;
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Demonstrable competence at communicating in English – both verbal and in writing;
• Be well organised, self-motivated, and able to prioritize work in relation to the organisation’s objectives.
