Our client is looking for a Quality Assurance and Business Analyst to join their growing team and assist in the continuous improvement of the company's quality management system.

As a QA/BA, your responsibilities will be to:

Collaborate with other teams with quality-related matters;
Ensure that the quality management procedures are effective and up-to-date;
Document and maintain quality management procedures;
Be part of the planning of regular quality audits and promote a systematic process for handling audit findings and recommendations;
Assist in coaching and mentoring employees on quality-related matters;
Assist in software testing of the IT systems.
