ISD Co Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Technician to join their team on a full-time basis.
Focused Responsibilities:
- Have an overall understanding of all the administrative and operational processes of the Company;
- Work with crew members to complete projects within established policies and procedures;
- Assemble the products taking care to properly seal all roof penetrations, install all relative equipment, avoid client property damage, assure cleanliness and housekeeping during the installation and avoid leaving any safety hazards on-site during and after the installation;
- Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on safety;
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues;
- Communicate with customers in a professional, considerate, and respectful manner, answering all questions and complaints to the best of your ability;
- Instruments used in Installations and repairs need to be calibrated annually;
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures;
- Any other roles and responsibilities that company management may allocate to personnel from time to time in accordance with business exigencies.
Requirements:
- Qualifications or experience in electrical installations;
- Valid EU Driver’s License with a clean driving record;
- Previous Solar PV installation experience is an asset.
- Fluent in BOTH Maltese & English
- Ability to lift, pull and push materials and equipment;
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service;
- Great attention to detail;
- Good Attendance;
- Reliable and responsible.
