Shutter worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shutter to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and expertise in concrete work, shuttering, scaffolding, and formwork.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Read and interpret working plans and drawings for various construction projects.

• Erect and dismantle formwork for all types of structures including desks, beams, staircases, and walls.

• Assemble wood or steel structures for concrete formations such as columns, beams, staircases, and slabs.

• Clean and prepare construction sites, removing debris and materials to ensure a safe working environment.

• Maintain good housekeeping practices, continually cleaning deck areas to remove obstructions and store unused equipment and materials.

• Dismantle and remove formwork upon completion of concrete works.

• Promptly report any problems or failures to the supervisory team.

Skills and Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Comprehensive knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials.

• Fluency in English.
