Servicing Supervisor

A new Servicing Supervisor job is now available within the industrial services industry. Your responsibilities will include:

• Support in performing management duties including recruitment of staff, training and expanding business plans
• Monitor employees' efficiency and manage the day to day operations whilst ensuring that organisational procedures are being adhered to at all time
• Provide advice to customers by offering the products and services of the company
• Investigate customers' queries and handle complaints in a timely manner
• Monitor budgets on monthly basis and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets 
• Analyse data providing an accurate presentation to escalate issues and also prepare business management reports
