Product Leader (Day Basis)

Our client, a leading company within the food manufacturing industry, is looking for a Product Leader to join their growing team

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Planning production and follow up on execution to ensure customer demands are met
• Measuring and monitoring production, quality and waste
• Leading, Managing and assigning task to team members
• Coordinating manpower, material and support services
• Overseeing process improvements in relation to production, quality and waste
• Supporting in R&D projects related to product and processes
• Monitoring overtime
• Delivering training as required 

This vacancy is being offered on Day Basis. 

• Currently based in Malta
• Analytical and holds excellent planning skills
• Problem solver

• Minimum MQF Level 5 is a must
• Leadership and planning experience in Manufacturing is a must
