Pools Assistant Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the management of our pool facilities. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the supervision of pool staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service.
- Monitor pool operations, including cleanliness, safety protocols, and adherence to health regulations.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing employee performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of pool facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Organize and implement pool activities and events to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain inventory of pool supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Assist in training new staff on operational procedures and safety protocols.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in lifeguarding or pool management preferred.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a recreational or hospitality setting is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of pool operations, safety standards, and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- CPR and First Aid certification is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe.
