Marina Assistant ( 4-shift)

Our client who specializes in the Maritime industry is looking for a Marina Assistant. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

• Assisting with all operational activities in the Marina
• Observing and implementing established safety and operational policies and procedures
• Operation, upkeep, and maintenance of the company’s boats and equipment
• Monitoring and logging of boat details
• Carrying out routine general and preventive maintenance to ensure that marina infrastructure, boats, and equipment are kept in optimal operational order
• Carrying out urgent maintenance on utility pedestals
•  Identifying urgent matters where a boat may be at risk and taking immediate action
• Monitoring water and electricity supply to prevent wastage or loss
• Monitoring waste oil drums and skips to prevent pollution of the Marina environment
• Carrying out pontoon patrols as necessary

• Ability to work in a team
