Maintenance Technician

In this new position for a Maintenance Technician, you will form part of a dynamic Maintenance Team and your duties will include:

• Surveying buildings and repairing mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards
• Performing maintenance of electrical systems 
• Assisting in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conducting repairs when necessary
• Maintaining heating and Ventilation systems to ensure functionality
• Inspecting alarm systems (fire, protection) and scheduling repairs when needed
• Conducting general upkeep procedures
• Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures.
• Providing support to the rest of the maintenance department
