Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor to join the Maintenance team in Malta on a full-time basis. 

The selected candidate will report to the Property and Maintenance Manager and will be responsible to carry out regular inspections, examinations and tests and attending to faults and breakdowns. Trains and coaches the maintenance team members.

Responsabilities:

• Ensuring that all work and duties are performed in a timely manner and in accordance to company standards. 
• Review and evaluate all premises needs ensuring that the buildings are functional and maintained in a professional manner. 
• Responsible for preventive maintenance schedules and timely testing and securing of equipment. 
• Assisting the Property and Maintenance Manager. 
• Leaving a daily detailed handover at the end of every shift. 
• Ensuring that all Health and Safety regulations and guidelines are adhered to. 
• Ensure prompt and accurate completion of all service requests. 
• Manage and monitor workflow. 
• Ensuring that weekly rosters are updated and maintained in line with payroll budgets and that all resources are utilised productively. 
• Attend weekly meetings with Property and Maintenance Manager to foresee current, planned & ongoing maintenance works. 
• Premises refurbishment and oversight of projects (e.g. new ACs system, new lift system
• Preparing rosters and making sure that employees work according to the roster
• Inputting purchase orders, for approved purchases and managing maintenance inventory.
