Maintenance Manager

This job as a Maintenance Manager is available within the food manufacturing industry.  Main responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the plant's electrical, mechanical and refrigeration systems
• Managing and leading the maintenance team
• Ensuring maximum productivity, minimum defects and minimising the incidence of process variations
• Managing breakdowns of mechanical and electrical equipment
• Carrying out total preventative maintenance
• Dealing with parts suppliers and subcontractors
• Setting up of working systems and procedures 
• Admin work including updating of records, reports, ordering of parts and similar
