Maintenance Assistant

In this new position for a Maintenance Assistant, you will form part of a dynamic Maintenance Team and your duties will include:

• Carrying out general maintenance duties, including painting and plastering
• Maintaining electrical, heating, air-conditioning, and plumbing systems
• Assembling furniture and fittings and, installing, dismantling, or repairing metal structures including apertures
• Planing and performing preventative maintenance
• Being responsible for the upkeep of the workshop
• Preparing purchase orders for equipment, spare parts, and tools
• Completing tasks in a timely manner and adapting to a flexible schedule when required
• Job record keeping
