Maintenace Person / Handyman

We are a 4 star property looking for a dedicated Maintenance Person / Handyman to join our team, ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. This role is vital in maintaining a safe and functional environment for all staff and visitors.

- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of buildings and equipment to identify issues.
- Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems as needed.
- Carry out general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, and landscaping.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimise downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve facility operations and safety standards.

- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various maintenance techniques and methods.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in maintenance or trades are advantageous.
