GRF Contractor Studio in Malta is looking to recruit an experienced Head Installer (Interior Finishes) to join their team on a full-time basis
Job Role:
The ideal candidate has to be capable of working in a variety of trades, preferably having some experience in the carpentry trade would be an asset. As this role needs to be filled immediately, only candidates currently residing in Malta will be considered.
Preferably a Team Leader with a wide or partial experience in the installation field of a variety of trades such as flooring, glass apertures, furniture, plasterboard, painting, and plastering.
Responsibilities:
- Installing profiles for glass and gypsum partitions, parquet flooring, LVT, carpet tile, and acoustic panelling together with other turnkey requirements
- Other responsibilities might include the assembly of woodwork, furniture, and other items
- Need to have an awareness of health and safety, especially when working with glass
- To be able to meet the required deadlines
- To work alone or as part of a small team.
Key Requirements:
- Good practical skills
- An eye for detail
- Must have a clean driving C license
- Stamina to carry materials and tools
- A pleasant approach when dealing with customers
- Being organized and punctual, and also flexible with work hours
- Must be a team player.
*An attractive salary to be given to the right candidate, way above what is being offered in Malta. This will be based on experience and productivity.
