Handyman / Maintenance Person (Maltese Speaking)

Job Description
Bajada New Energy in Malta is looking for a highly motivated Handyman/Maintenance Person with a positive attitude to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role: 
The selected candidate will be a person with strong leadership skills, who is able to communicate clearly to all stakeholders, and someone who displays a strong sense of presence and charisma. The selected candidate shall be working with various teams and functions of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Carryout general maintenance duties
• Maintain electrical & plumbing systems
• Install, dismantle or repair metal or wooden structures including apertures
• Plan & perform preventative maintenance
• Complete tasks in a timely manner and adopt a flexible schedule when required
• Operate vehicles in a safe manner.

Requirements:

• Proven Field Service experience, no age restrictions
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
• Maltese speaking
• English literacy
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Clean police conduct
• Driving licence.
