Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical, and tile laying
• Provide excellent customer service
• Follow safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in repair and maintenance
• Knowledge of tools and equipment used in repair and maintenance
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
