General Maintenance Worker

Job Description
Our client is a large organisation on the island that specialise in development, hospitality, and construction in Malta. Due to continued expansion and promotions within the business, a General Maintenance Worker is required to join the team in one of their beautiful hotels.

Responsibilities:

• To attend and investigate faults and breakdowns of building services, equipment, installations, and appliances;
• Maintain the hotel to the required standard;
• Daily inspection of public areas;
• Undertake tasks outlined within the preventative maintenance program;
• Ensure plant rooms are checked and cleaned and are in operating order;
• Carry out general building minor maintenance repairs, minor tiling or plumbing, and any minor repairs to guest rooms or public areas.
