Foreman - Finishes

Our Client is a large group of companies undertaking both new build, refurbishment, and finishing projects throughout Malta.
Due to continued project awards within the newly formed Finishes Division, a Foreman is now required to supervise and coordinate activities of the tradespeople and other workers to ensure projects are complete efficiently.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supervising, coordinating and/or scheduling tasks and activities on finishing projects
- Determining work requirements and planning procedures
- Overseeing work progress ensuring all deadlines are met
- Interpreting and explaining technical information
- Reporting on work progress
- Liaising regularly with Project Managers, subcontractors, and other parties
- Responding appropriately to any work delays, emergencies, or other problems
- Complying with legal requirements, health and safety codes and other regulations
- Providing training to new staff
