Finishes Helper / Labourer

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Finishes Helper/Labourer to assist in the completion of interior and exterior finishing tasks on construction sites, also assistance in plumbing, electrical and AC Installations. The successful candidate will support skilled tradespeople in performing duties such as plastering, painting, tiling, and general surface preparation. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety. 

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist with the preparation of surfaces for finishing applications (e.g., cleaning, sanding, applying undercoats).

· Transport and handle materials, tools, and equipment required for finishing works.

· Support tradespersons in carrying out plastering, painting, tiling, and other finishing-related tasks.

· Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.

· Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas, ensuring proper disposal of waste and debris.

· Comply with all occupational health and safety guidelines, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

· Perform routine checks and report any issues or potential hazards to supervisors.

· Ensure finishing works meet the required standards and specifications as directed.
