Electrical Technician

Motherwell Bridge Industries Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit an Electrical Technician to join its technical team on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Operations Manager this position entails:

• Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical, electromechanical, and electronic parts of industrial machinery and equipment;
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams;
• Repairing or replacing wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools;
• Adhering to health and safety procedures.

Requirements and Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Minimum of two years experience in a similar role;
• Be qualified for the performance of electrical works according to EU and/or local regulations;
• A valid electrical technician licence B would be considered an asset;
• Good command of English, both written and spoken;
• Able to work at heights and confined spaces;
• A valid driving licence.
