Delivery Driver

Standard Tyres & Accessories Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Delivery Driver to join their team on a full-time basis.

The Delivery Driver will be responsible for:

• Receiving and inspecting ordered supplies
• Maintaining updated records of quantities of goods in stock as well as storing them accordingly in the stores
• Overseeing and administering the upkeep and general housekeeping of the store's area
• Delivering or collecting equipment to and from client premises.
• Maintaining petty cash and performing daily reconciliation with expenses made while replenishing cash with a supervisor.

The successful candidate should preferably have:  

• 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience
• Great energy, charisma, and a positive mindset Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing in Maltese and English, in order to be able to report adequately to superiors and to form good relations
• The ability to read maps, follow directions, and plan routes while abiding by traffic regulations
• The ability to work on their own initiative as well as form part of a team
• Fluency in Maltese and English would be considered an asset.
