Building Services Technician

Our client is looking to recruit a Building Services Technician to join their team.  Responsibilities will include:

• First line of support with all matters related to the upkeep of the plant equipment within the premises
• Keep operational disruption and equipment downtime to a minimum
• Read and compile schematics
• Monitoring the execution of building projects 
• Familiar with critical equipment service level agreements
• Support in general maintenance such as plastering, painting, plumbing, electrical
• Monitor external contractors’ work on premises
• Control stock levels of hardware items/consumables to ensure optimal levels

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the building services industry
• Proficient in Maltese and English - written and spoken

• Technical qualification in Mechanical / Electrical
• or Electrical License “A” combined with knowledge on critical equipment such as HVAC and Lifts
• Preference will be given to candidates having awareness of Health and Safety requirements
