SG Solutions Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Apple Service Technician to join their team on a full-time basis.

Our Sales & Service Centre in Birkirkara is staffed and equipped to match the unique Apple experience our clients are accustomed to in our Apple Premium Reseller Outlet in Sliema. We also specialise in Apple Business Solutions for corporate customers who wish to deploy Apple technologies within their organisations.

Job description:
We are looking for a dynamic person to join our ever-expanding Apple Service Centre business as an Apple Service Technician. The main goal will be to enrich our customer’s Apple experience through a combination of training, passion for technology and our own personal touch. The position calls for a team player who is energetic and attentive to detail with a flair for customer service.  The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with all constituents and demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. This is an entry-level position with the possibility of a flexible schedule. Training will be provided.

Main Responsibilities: 

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Apple products
• Provide customer support
• Carry out administrative duties related to repairs.

Required Skills: 

• Fluency in both Maltese and English is a must
• Previous training or experience in a technical field will be considered an asset.
