Job description:
We are looking for a dynamic person to join our ever-expanding Apple Service Centre business as an Apple Service Technician. The main goal will be to enrich our customer’s Apple experience through a combination of training, passion for technology and our own personal touch. The position calls for a team player who is energetic and attentive to detail with a flair for customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with all constituents and demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. This is an entry-level position with the possibility of a flexible schedule. Training will be provided.
Main Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Apple products
Provide customer support
Carry out administrative duties related to repairs.
Required Skills:
Fluency in both Maltese and English is a must
Previous training or experience in a technical field will be considered an asset.
