Microbiology QC Laboratory Analyst

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Microbiology QC Laboratory Analyst to join our ambitious and growing team in a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical quality control laboratory. This fully operational, GMP-compliant facility features GMP-classified cleanrooms and cutting-edge microbiological technologies, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to advanced practices in pharmaceutical microbiology.

As part of a close-knit and dynamic team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the microbiological integrity and compliance of our finished pharmaceutical products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform Microbial Limit Testing on finished pharmaceutical products
• Conduct method suitability studies for new pharmaceutical formulations
• Carry out water testing in line with regulatory standards
• Execute environmental monitoring within GMP classified cleanrooms
• Support cleanroom qualification and requalification activities
• Contribute to the review, updating, and structuring of SOPs in line with current regulatory standards and best practices.
• Assist in the qualification of new equipment used within the microbiology lab
• Ensure compliance with EU GMP, pharmacopoeia standards, and internal quality procedures
• Assist in investigations, deviation handling, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QC Microbiology team

Candidate Profile:

• Degree or diploma in a scientific field.
• Previous experience in a microbiology laboratory, ideally within a GMP environment, is an asset
• Excellent attention to detail, well-organized, and proficient in time management.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
