Telesales / Part-Time Sales Representatives
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telesales / Part-Time Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone, promoting our products or services, and closing sales. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, are persuasive, and thrive in a results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Present and promote products/services over the phone
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system
• Provide feedback on customer trends and potential improvements
