Job Responsibilities and Duties
Promote and sell the company’s products and services, understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions;
Handle sales inquiries via face-to-face meetings, emails, phone calls, and other electronic communication channels;
Issue accurate and timely quotations and documentation in accordance with company policies;
Maintain and update ERP and web-based (E-commerce) systems to ensure accurate records and smooth sales operations;
Provide technical and commercial support to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;
Attend onsite meetings, client visits, and surveys to assess needs and recommend suitable solutions;
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the timely delivery of products and services;
Liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing and review technical proposals for client solutions;
Handle administrative tasks within the Commercial Department, ensuring operational efficiency;
Ensure the front office is tidy and functional, and cover reception duties in the absence of the administrator;
Act as the central point of contact for clients during the inquiry and quotation process;
Identify new business opportunities, including lead generation, upselling, and cross-selling of products and services;
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Experience
A diploma or degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related technical field;
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical sales or commercial roles, ideally within a relevant industry;
Proven experience in managing technical inquiries, preparing quotations, and delivering effective sales solutions;
Strong understanding of ERP systems, with experience managing E-commerce or online sales platforms being preferred;
Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles, including negotiation, sales, and technical support;
Valid driving license, with flexibility to attend onsite client meetings, surveys, and site visits.
Personal Skills
Strong communication skills, enabling clear and professional interactions with clients, suppliers, and internal teams;
Highly organized with excellent time management, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
