- Acting as the first point of contact with new and existing clients for technical and integration queries and ensuring best practices and integration guidelines through various projects.
- Assessing client needs and liaising with business stakeholders to translate into technical and functional requirements.
- Managing, maintaining, and coordinating technical project documentation and facilitating organizations’ technical system setup with internal teams
- Tracking and reporting clients’ progress and performance and ensuring client satisfaction
