Sportsdirect.Com Malta Limited is looking to recruit a Store Manager who is seeking a unique opportunity to make an impact on the new store opening in Malta, The Plaza Shopping Centre.

Job Description:
As part of our Sports Direct team, your talent will be managed to ensure you reach your full potential and have a world of opportunities to explore.

Your Role:

  • Proactively drive store performance across all departments with creative flair
  • Ensure delivery of the brand is in line with all visual merchandising guidelines
  • Development of your people as 'Stars of the Future'
  • Champion our company culture and values as an Ambassador of Sports Direct.com
  • Promote compliance within the team to adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Maximize sales and product availability whilst controlling costs
  • Exceed customer expectations to deliver great customer service, driving company KPIs.


Your Profile:

Skills and knowledge:

  • You should have a strong clientele background, with a solid database of personal contacts and clients
  • Previous retail experience within the premium sector is preferred
  • You will be an exceptional people manager, with strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
  • Excellent analytical skills, the ability to interpret financial and sales data
  • A high level of brand awareness and product knowledge
  • An awareness of the local area.
